Description

I Have @ 700 LPs I will be putting up for sale in the next 2 months. I'll list as many as I can daily, so check back often, or bookmark me.

HORACE SILVER and Art Blakey - Spotlight on Drums, Blue Note BLP 1520. Original Deepgroove, Flat edge, Mono pressing with 47 West 63rd New York 23 address on both labels. RVG and Ear etched in the dead wax area.

VINYL looks VG, just shy of VG+. There's some scuffs and a few faint scratches, but nothing you can feel. The record plays excellent with amazing fidelity!. I heard soft surface noise for a few seconds at a time on some tracks and between tracks. This was my copy.  This is a nice and heavy, shiny record. Clean labels too.

COVER is better than average with nice color and high gloss. There's light surface wear, more noticeable on the back, some black lines in the lower right, and a little edge wear. No splits.

TRACKS - See pic

PAYMENT –  PayPal within 7 days after the close of auction.

SHIPPING:

U.S. BIDDERS – Shipping is FREE for Media Mail anywhere in the U.S.   Insurance, upgrade to Priority Mail, Tracking, and other options are available on request, at actual cost. Ask me before you  make payment if you require any of these.

CANADA - Shipping is $6 for the 1st LP, then $3 for each other LP in the same package.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS – To Europe, Asia, and anywhere else, it’s $14 for the 1st LP, and $4 for each additional LP in the same package.

PACKAGING:

I ship in sturdy cardboard LP mailers with the record separated from the cover (unless it's sealed). I also fill the mailer with extra cardboard to prevent the record from sliding around in the package.

GRADING - (DONE VISUALLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED) Near Mint is my highest grade, & I don't use ++. I don't grade covers, I just describe them.

NEAR MINT (NM) - Nearly perfect vinyl. No obvious signs of wear. Clean looking labels. Looks like it was hardly ever played. This record looks like it will play without any surface noise.

EXCELLENT (EX) - An excellent quality record with no more than a few very faint scuffs. This record may look like it has been played, but handled with extreme care.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) - Record surface may show some slight signs of wear and may have light scuffs but nothing you can feel with your fingertip. Faint surface noise may be present between tracks and at the lead in.

VERY GOOD (VG) - Many of the defects found on a VG+ record are more pronounced on a VG disc. Surface noise may be heard but will not overpower the music. There may be light scratches that can affect the sound with occasional pop and crackle.
