Description

    Horace Silver Trio, Vol. 2
Horace Silver (p) Percy Heath (b) Art Blakey (d) "Sabu" Martinez (bgo, cga) WOR Studios, NYC, November 23, 1953  Original BLUE NOTE TEN INCH Lp pressing, #5034,
Blue & White Label, Double Sided Deep Groove, and with the Lexington Ave address, has the "EAR" ,"9M" stamped in the dead wax, no "INC" no "R" on the label.
FLAT Lip Edge, Made in USA, 1953
The vinyl: is very clean and sounds superb, very light pressure marks caused by years of stacking in a pile have no affect, only the slightest hint of surface noise as just a hint of static in the quietest areas, sounds very close to near mint, NM-. An amazing sounding pressing!

The cover: the front is beautiful, but the back has super light ringwear, which is also slightly yellowed around the edges. There's light edgewear, with the heaviest being about one 1/3rd of the spine at the bottom, no splits. NM- (see pictures).
