HORN - ON THE PEOPLE'S SIDE. Canadian SPECIAL RECORDS 9230-1028. 1971.
ORIGINAL Canadian ISSUE.
Obscure & Excellent Canadian Psych Prog with some great, inventive songs & music. There are numerous highlights.....the opening, catchy 'Things In Themselves', the inventive jazzy instrumental 'Roach', the weird Zappa-like 'Vibrations/vee-bra'-syohn', the inventive/complex 'Pony Buns' which also ends with good vocals & nice guitarwork & 'Working Together' which starts off fairly conventionally but then develops into some great interplay and ends with some excellent jamming guitars similar to the Grateful Dead.
This is already a rare album which seldom turns up but is still very much an undiscovered gem....most nice copies seem to be $40/50+....which can only get higher if and when more people find out about it... A nice playing copy!
