OK - BACK TO SOME GOOD COLLECTABLE 45s OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS - This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1971 U.S. WESTBOUND RECORDS WHITE LABEL PROMO 45 RPM RECORD IN ITS ORIGINAL WESTBOUND RECORDS COMPANY SLEEVE containing the songs titled 'Ain't No Telling'/'Uncle Ed's Backyard' from The Houston Outlaws.  It is Westbound Records catalog number W-179, and is a GUARANTEED 1971 ORIGINAL, NOT A 'REPRO' REPRODUCTION AND NOT A 'COLLECTORS PRESSING'!!  This 45 appears to be a RARE ITEM which has not been offered on eBay either at auction or at fixed price sale during the past month as far as I can tell.  Pricing is based on Popsike records of previous sales.  This is a promo DJ copy with an inscription to that effect on the labels, which also bear one additional inscription to that effect which does not appear in my accompanying image.  This is a super two-sider - 'Ain't No Telling' is a rare and classic 'Northern' dancer; 'Uncle Ed's Backyard' is a high energy slice of funk.  Condition of record is for all intents and purposes a SOLID NM with just a couple of extremely light and fine 'angel hair' marks in the dry runout area which only show up under strong light; I do not believe this record has ever been played.  This rare promo 45 would be a prime addition to any 'Northern Soul' 45 record collection!
