HOWARD FINSTER : Man Of Visions LP (no label [USA] RR-42001) 1981.

Record is VG+ with superficial light marks only. It doesn't look like it was played much but one side looks like it may have been cleaned with something a little abrasive, leaving some light marks. It plays fine with light audible noise at times but no problems at all. It's not the best pressing and a pretty quiet record (including quite a bit of solo voice) so I expect even mint copies would have some audible noise. Cover is excellent with small (1"-2") paper tears (not split) in the middle of the top seam, bottom seam, and spine.

Original copy of the first of two vinyl LPs by American outsider folk artist Howard Finster, recorded 1979-80 and self released in 1981. One side is solo voice and banjo, the other is solo voice/choir/sermon.
