You are bidding on "I'M GOING HOME" and "MY LIFE" by HOWLIN' WOLF on CHESS 1648, released in 1957.

Howlin" Wolf was Chester Arthur Burnett, born in Mississippi in 1910, died at the Hines Veterans Hospital in Hines, Illinois in 1975. I believe he lived in Chicago most of his life; I recall his name was in the 1957 Chicago phone directory as Chester A. Burnett, as was Muddy Waters as McKinley Morganfield.

I bought this record new in 1957. "Going Back Home" is a classic Wolf!

Condition: VG. No scratches or scuffs, some background noise but not overwhelming.  Note the number "34" on "Going Back Home".
