Hello and welcome,
This auction is for a STILL SEALED Hozier 'In The Woods Somewhere' 10" vinyl EP that was released on Record Store Day 2014. On the front cover shrink wrap is a large yellow promo sticker stating "Featuring Two Previously Unreleased Studio Recordings" etc. and a small Record Store Day sticker too.
Also on the front cover shrink wrap is the original price sticker and on the back cover shrink wrap is adhered a small white plastic security device. Though this record is factory sealed, the record store also applied a piece of 2" clear tape on the shrink wrap along the right edge of the cover to prevent thieves from removing the price sticker or security device as well as making it more difficult to slice open the shrink wrap and steal the vinyl record inside.
This EP is still sealed so the condition of the vinyl record inside is presumed to be Mint/Near Mint (M/NM).    The condition of the sealed cover is Near Mint (NM) with the aforementioned stickers and clear tape adhered to the shrink wrap. 
The photos I've provided are of the actual item being offered.  (I apologize for the lousy quality of these photos. It's very difficult to photograph a shrink wrapped glossy black album cover without getting an annoying glare. I tried shooting at an angle to limited results.)

I do not respond to offers, either during or after the auction.   This 10" EP will be carefully packaged inside a new, sturdy cardboard record mailer with cardboard cushioning pads and shipped via USPS Media Mail fully insured at a cost of $5.00.
I can combine similar items (records with records, flat posters with flat posters, rolled posters with rolled posters, handbills with handbills etc.) bought at the same time to save you money on shipping. 
The combined price will be based on package weight and insurance value.
