Description
PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

LONG GONE & HUGE 6 LP BOX = 54 TRACKS + 40 PAGE BOOKLET!
L E D Z E P P E L I N
\ USA - ATLANTIC RECORDS - 7 82144 -1
TOP COPY!
This nearly 25 years old 6-LP box set contains 54 mind blowing tracks from the great Led Zeppelin! All remastered by Jimmy Page. This boxed set also includes a 40 page, color information booklet with complete track-by-track credits, three essays, discography, as well as printed inner sleeves. The poor quality sound of the early Led Zeppelin albums has been brought up on many occasions. The LPs simply did not do the appropriate justice to the rock landmarks the band recorded. So, Jimmy Page decided it was time to rectify the situation, and set about remastering the entire catalogue. This 6 LP box set is the result of that labor. In terms of the sound, the improvement is nothing short of remarkable. The tracks from "Led Zeppelin 2" in particular are transformed into beautiful wide range sound clairty ! "Travelling Riverside Blues" & "White Summer/Black Mountain Side" were previously unreleased LIVE recordings."Hey Hey What Can I Do" was previously unavailable on albums.
"Moby Dick/Bonzo's Montreux" were previously not available as a merged track. "Moby Dick" was released on "Led Zeppelin II" and "Bonzo's Montreux" was released on "Coda". This boxed set of SIX Lp's was issued in the United States around the same time as the British "Remasters" set, but includes loads more tracks (54 in total to Remasters' 26) and a few Led Zeppelin rare tracks; "Travelling Riverside Blues", "Hey Hey What Can I Do" and "White Summer/Black Mountain Side". The set is highly sought after by collectors and expemsive, but ultimately "worth it". "Travelling Riverside Blues" is an American style traditional blues number, with Jimmy on electric slide guitar, with Robert singing "sweet mama let me be your kid...I know my baby, I see her in the dark.." and such! Includes a nice little solo too, an amazing song ...References from "The Lemon Song" are here too, also "you got a mortgage on my body but a lease on my soul.." "Hey Hey What Can I Do"-Only previously available as a 'B' side to the International release of "Immigrant Song". The simple song contains some great acoustic guitar playing from Jimmy, with great vocals from Robert singing "I wanna tell bout the girl I love, my she looks so fine...." but unfortunately "I gotta little woman stays drunk all the time, I gotta little woman she won't be true.." with a strong back beat from Bonzo and bass lines from John Paul Jones. "White Summer/Black Mountain Side"- the legendary live instrumental performance from Jimmy Page is an absolutely brilliant piece built around "Black Mountain Side" showing Page's masterly solo playing only seen by the privileged few who were able to see the band live during the 70's.
