Before you get mad at me, it was like this when I bought it. Well, mostly. I purchased this record Used several years ago. The scuff on the vinyl and the condition of the sleeve, including the clipped corner, were like that when I bought it. I definitely contributed to the demise of the insert, though.
This record plays without any issues and sounds great! I listened to it again today to make sure. You hear a little static and a few normal pops on the slower songs, but sounds fantastic all in all. The condition is another story. I’ve cleaned it up as best I can. There are a couple markings on the record, including the scuff in the pictures. Again, sounds great! The insert has holes in the corners and a couple of rips, both nothing missing. There isn’t any lyrics on the insert or anything, so you’re not missing out on much. The sleeve has obvious signs of wear (see pictures). The upper right corner has been cut off, which, in my opinion, is the most offensive aspect of its condition.
All that being said, this is a very hard to find, first pressing in black vinyl. It sounds great and is one of the best albums of all time! Happy bidding!
