HUMBLE PIE - 'AS SAFE AS YESTERDAY IS.' STEREO.
UK 1st pressing on pink IMMEDIATE labels. IMSP 024. (1969). 1U/1U matrix.

The tracks on here are great sounding. Killer fuzz guitar (particularly on the title track), and a blistering version of Steppenwolf's 'Desperation'.
UK non-laminated sleeve grades EXCELLENT (EX) toEXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition. Intact, fully legible spine - so rare for a sleeve of this fragility and prone-ness to wear. Clean and solid condition with only very minor signs of handling and storage wear. Super nice! Sleeve would grade Near Mint were it not for the previous owner having a catalogue number with a tiny piece of sellotape on the top of the front sleeve. Fortunately it doesn't detract at all from the sleeve 'parcel' image which is otherwise vibrant, un-faded and almost impossible to find without numerous noticeable wear and tear.
The front of sleeve displays no major signs of ring wear. The spine is fully intact and legible with barely any wear at all. The reverse of the sleeve is also free of ring wear and any nasties. This is in amazing condition considering the majority of copies I have seen.
Vinyl grades EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition. Upgrade condition and a great example of this very superb sounding progressive psych-rock record. Smooth pink IMMEDIATE RECORD CO. LTD. Labels look amazing, clean and vibrant.
You will find it hard to locate a better example of both this sleeve and the record.
The winner will be very pleased indeed with this copy. It sounds fantastic - a hugely enjoyable record and every track's a winner.
Includes the original die-cut paper printed patent numbered Lyrics & Credits inner sleeve with inset top opening and angled corners - in top shape! Plain inner sleeve also supplied.
