This is a 12" metal acetate from 4 Star that has no matrix numbers, and nothing on the old sleeve. It just has Hal Audition on one side, and Prisoner Of Love Ruth on the other side.
The record is in VG+ condition. 
This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 70 years.
