Description

This is a very rare album. A great addition to an auto buffs record collection. Suave and Jazzy.
Brings me back to the days of "Bewitched" and "I dream of Jeanie"
Hale Rood ?– Music To Make Automobiles By LP  Marathon MG 79698 TI
This record was released simultaneously to the 1962 short film 'The Right Hand Of Plenty' and contains swinging jazz music for the film by Hale Rood. It is a fascinating film showing the future of computer involvement in the development, manufacture and maintenance of the automobile, notably the Volkswagon Beetle. The film opens with a very interesting segment on the punch-card auto dial telephone of the future.
Condition:
Record: I am an amateur collector and haven't graded many records but I would have to say VG. Some background crackle but no noticeable skips or scratches. Cover: G+ (some discoloration from what looks like moisture inside and a smudge on the front)
