Hammerhead Ethereal Killer Amphetamine Reptile Records 012 Amrep-012  1992 Minneapolis Twin Cities Grunge Rock Legends.   MADE IN GERMANY  I don't think all of these were pressed in Germany, maybe they were, but this could be a rare European version.  The sleeve is the thin cardboard found only in European pressed vinyl.
The Vinyl has some light marks from sliding the record out of the sleeve.  Some dust.  Does not effect playing.  Sleeve has some corner wear, small crease.  Still glossy.  See pictures.  Great shape considering its thin Euro cardboard.  Light ring wear.
