Up for auction here is issue 2 of Hanging Around, a Stranglers fanzine from 1977. Yup. (Almost) all Stranglers, all the time. The name for the zine was suggested to the publisher by none other than JJ Burnel. This issue features an interview with JJ (conducted by the guy behind the zine and Soo Catwoman), live review, Generation X review, and more Stranglers stuff. This is a cool little artifact--handwritten, crappily xeroxed, and hand corrected in blue ballpoint. Condition is pretty bad--you can see that it's been folded and crumpled, there are stains on the cover, and it's just not very pretty. But definitely punk as fuck.
