Record: Hank Mobley - Dippin'

Label/Cat#: Blue Note / BNST-84209

Pressing info: 1966 NEW YORK USA STEREO 1st pressing. This edition does have the VAN GELDER stamp in the dead wax. The never was a pressing with the "ear" or P in the dead wax since had already transitioned away from Plastylite

GRADING (VG++): Vinyl shows very little surface wear. Maybe a couple of extremely light hairlines and traces of inner sleeve markings. It's incredibly clean, and appears to have been rarely played.

  • Vinyl (play-graded): Incredible sounding copy from start to finish. Big, clear sound. Wow! 
  • Side A: In the quietest sections and in between tracks you will hear some surface noise, but vinyl is almost dead quite during playback. 
  • Side B: Surface noise heard between tracks and at times on the quiet ballad, but extremely quiet otherwise. This record has not even been cleaned and the playback is stunning. Top copy!
  • Jacket: VG+ Please see pictures for details. Reach out with any questions. The jacket overall is in beautiful shape. Would be VG++ if there was a light instance of writing on the back jacket, which is pictured. Very slightly rubbing on the front cover. 
  • Insert/Inner: Original inner sleeve included, along with an archival-quality inner sleeve.

SHIPPING:
Record ships outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Packed in a sturdy Mighty Mailer with padding.
