' BLUE NOTE BST 84288 (USA) Liberty blue on white label stereo - rec.in January 1968 - issued in 1968 with folder cover - has the original Blue Note inner sleeve - on trail-off (dead wax) has stamped 'Van Gelder' Hank Mobley : tenor sax - Woody Shaw : trumpet, fluegelhorn - George Benson : guitar - Lamont Johnson : piano - Bob Cranshaw : bass - Billy Higgins : drums Side 1: Reach out I'll be there (Holland-Dozier) - Up over and out (Mobley) - Lookin' East (Mobley) Side 2 : Goin' out of my head (Redanzo-Weinstein') - Good pickin's (Mobley) - Beverly (L.Johnson) Visual grading : record is VG+ full lustre has light wear and very few wispy unfeelable lines. Also has a visible light marks on track 3 of side 2. Clean labels with minimal spindle wear. Side 2 label has a tiny pen's sign close to the hole Playing grading : record is EX plays very well with loud and clear sound. Very few light occasional ticks Cover grading : cover is VG+ has light wear to corners edges and to spine which has all titles clearly readable. Front and back cover have light ringwear.
