Description

Both labels have New York USA printed; 43 West 61st St. address at the bottom of the back cover, mono. Shallow groove on 1 label. The record has the "ear" and "VAN GELDER" inscribed in the dead wax. Leader, Mobley, tenor sax on all 6 tracks. 3 tracks also include Donald Byrd, trumpet; Herbie Hancock, piano; Butch Warren, bass; Philly Joe Jones, drums. 3 tracks also include Freddie Hubbard, trumpet; Barry Harris, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; Billy Higgins,drums. Punch hole in the jacket for "promotional" copy.

Cover: VG Intact with light aging on the front and back cover. 3 letter name is written in marker in the margin of the back cover. Partial record ring on the back cover.

Record: Mint Visually shows no wear. Played only a very few times. No marks on the surface of the record. No surface noise. Plays like new. Audibly checked.
