The label writings are as follows Microgroove Long Playing ; the address on is Blue Note Record Inc. New York USA....The address on the jacket is Blue Note Record Inc, 304 Park Ave. New York NY 10010 and the Blue Note number is 4209. The record is Mint like new. The jacket is Nm almost as new. The jacket has tiny pen ticks on a couple of the record title showing that these are their favourite cuts.
