Description
We are pleased to offer this vintage Hank Mobley LP on Blue Note 1540. It is an early pressing with deep groove on both sides and hand etched RVG in the deadwax. It is marked 9M in the dead wax, with no ear mark. Both the label and cover have the Lexington Ave address. The sleeve looks good, but is split at the top. The vinyl is nice, with a surface scratch on the B side as pictured, but excellent otherwise. A very nice rare LP regardless. We will clean on our VPI upon request, or ship as found and leave the cleaning to you. We are listing BIN or we will gladly consider your reasonable offer. I have received several messages advising me that this record cannot be a deep groove version. I want to note that it is deep groove on both sides. The deep groove is the result of using older dies in the pressing process, which also explains he DG 1 side versions, where an older and newer dies were used on opposite sides of the same record.
