The Garden Spot Programs 1950
2016 Limited Edition first pressing on RED VINYL!
Hank Williams' career was brief and incendiary. Most of those
fortunate enough to have seen him in concert say that he was
a captivating performer. Now, sixty years after his passing, we
finally get a sense of Hank Williams onstage, adding another
dimension to our scant knowledge of him. Still popular today,
he's a giant in American music.
DESTINED TO SURVIVE: The performances heard here were
recorded on acetate discs (meant to be played only once or twice)
that were shelved in 1951, and they gradually faded from
common memory. In the 1970s the acetates were saved
from the trash by a WSM employee and eventually given to
Hank’s daughter, Jett. On behalf of the estate, Jett fought
an eight-year battle to establish ownership, finally winning
the right to release these recordings in partnership with Time Life.

LP PACKAGING
We package our LPs in a thick cardboard LP mailer.
We ALWAYS take the LP out of the jacket of 2nd hand items to
avoid any seam splitting that could occur in shipment.
We put the LP and the jacket in an LP plastic sleeve.
We do NOT open sealed LPs unless requested.
We cushion the LP in bubble wrap and use shipping tape
on all spines to protect the integrity of the box, and to
insure the safety of the contents. All this is included in
the low shipping price. We will clean your purchase on our
VPI machine if and when necessary. This insures that
you receive your item in the best possible condition.
LP SHIPPING
We offer the US Postal Service’s Media Mail and / or Priority
for shipping in the U.S. Buyer’s choice. The buyer pays the shipping,
packing (see above) and handling charges. Tracking is included
with both. We occasionally run domestic shipping specials.

Shipping to other countries is by the United States Postal
Service's First Class Mail International. Priority International
Is also available.
