Description

Otis Blackwell and Winfield Scott wrote Return to Sender for Elvis Presley, as well as more songs for Presley and the R&B all-timer Home in Your Heart.  Blackwell also wrote timeless hits for Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Willie John, Dee Clark, and more.  Blackwell is one of the primary architects of rock 'n' roll songwriting.  Here we have an acetate of a song Blackwell and Scott wrote together that doesn't seem to have found a commercial release called Happiness (Here I Come).  Very likely cut with Elvis in mind, this 10" 78 rpm demo acetate is in nice VG shape with some storage marks.  Would benefit from a professional cleaning.
