Happy End: "Live Happy End 1973.9.21" ( Bellwood - OFL-20) (Record: Mint/ Jacket: Mint). Comes with Obi (only front is present) and with six-paged booklet with loads of pictures of the band live in action. Great Japanese folk-psych record in original top notch condition. Comes with gimmick cover that flaps open towards the upper seam from where you have to take the disc out. This was the band's third album that was released on April 15th, 1974. This album was recorded live after that the band has suspended all activities for over a year and this was their first live appearance since withdrawing from public view. It would turn out to be their last album they would release (apart from a slew of single compilation discs, reissues of all kind that appeared hereafter). Here the band put on display a great performance, stunning acidic guitar-licks, great vocal harmonies, acid folk-like master live performance. Great psychedelic feel with a touch of West-Coast-sh Buffaloo Springfield feel attached to it. Highly historical important band that shaped the sound of Japanese psychedelics. Japanese psychedelics reach their top level. Original copy in excellent shape. Rare to say the least.
