Harold Vick: Steppin’ Out! Blue Note 4138 / BST-84138, LIB, RVG, Jazz LP

 

–Blue Note Records, later pressing by Liberty with earlier cover

–cover states Blue Note 4138, the label of the pressing says BST­­–84138

 

This is a later Liberty pressing having an earlier cover, which is laminated and is not mentioning Liberty at all. That is what Blue Note did sometimes, using covers from earlier stock, combining with later pressings, depending if they had some left overs.

Condition:

LP: VG + (shiny surface, Side 1, track 1 has some soft crackling, Side 2 has a hairline that is NOT audible, the overall listening is beautiful!)

Cover: NM (laminated shiny high gloss cover)
