Hawkwind - Hall of the Mountain Grill
Description: Fourth studio album released in 1974 and the first to feature the former violinist of High Tide, Simon House and in my opinion their best album. Supplied with its original sleeve and liner. The label is the rare yellow label and heavy-weight vinyl. Format: Stereo Black Heavy-weight Vinyl Label: United Artists. Yellow label. Cat. No.: UAG 29672. Year: 1974 Genre: Alternative, Psychedelic, Rock.
Issue: First Pressing. Country Of Manufacture: Great Britain. Matrix No.: A2 / B2 Track List: Side 1: 1: The Psychedelic Warlords (Disappear in Smoke), 2: Wind of Change, 3: D-Rider, 4: Web Weaver. Side 2: 1: You'd Better Believe It, 2: Hall of the Mountain Grill, 3: Lost Johnnie, 4: Goat Willow, 5: Paradox. Condition: Vinyl: Side1: Excellent. Possibly just on the minus side of excellent. Visually there are a couple light hairline scratches to the first track. There are also some light paper marks. All are innocuous. The vinyl retains a decent sheen. Plays near perfectly although there are a few light blemishes. Begins with a few very light surface ticks. Maybe one or two very light, almost inaudible ticks on the quiet introduction to the final track. Side 2: Excellent. Possibly just on the minus side of excellent. Visually there are a couple of hairline scratches to the first track and some wispy paper marks and maybe one or two small but slightly more pronounced surface marks, most are completely innocuous. The vinyl retains a good sheen. It plays near perfectly although there are a couple of light ticks at the end of track one. Sleeve: Very Good. Some scuffing to the edges, corners and spine. There are some thumb creases to the reverse open edge. There is some adhesive tape residue to the top edge front and back. Liner: Good. Tape residue marks on three sides. Wear and tear to the open edge and some heavy creasing to the top right corner. Former owner's name written in red ball-point to the reverse top edge.
Postage & Packing: The vinyl is supplied in a new poly-lined liner together with its original liner. It is all supplied in a new protective plastic sleeve. All items are posted in a purpose made card mailer with the record sandwiched between two stiffeners. Unless you wish otherwise the item will be posted 2nd class, small parcel.
