Description
Superb copy of Hawkwind's groundbreaking 1971 album on the United Artists label. This is one of the best copies I have ever seen in over 45 years of record collecting and comes complete with its original log book. Matrices are A/B1, almost certainly a first pressing.
Foldout Sleeve Ex/Ex+ In superb shape throughout. Just some slight creasing to one of the protruding edges which are notoriously vulnerable to damage.
Labels Ex+ Very clean indeed, not too far off NM. I can only see one spindle trace.
Inner Brand new polylined bag (to replace the rather yellowed bag I bought it in, which wasn't the original anyway!).
Log Book Ex+ In really lovely condition throughout, just the usual light age-yellowing. The staples in the middle of the book are unrusted, which is quite unusual!
Record Visually Ex, great shine to the vinyl. Some very light patches of rubbing on Side 1 which don't affect the playback. Fully play-tested, great audio throughout with some crackle at the very end of each side as the stylus moves into the dead wax
