Sleeve: Very good / excellent condition - see pics not been opened much so seems are also good - front fold closing is little worn but still intact (which is amazing for this album) some creasing - see pics - but minimal
Inner sleeve: original white inners excellent condition
Record: excellent condition - see pics
WITH ORIGINAL LOG BOOK ! ! in very good/excellent condition two minor blemishes 1, front cover small tear to bottom, 2, rear cover small tear out to top - see pics other than this spine excellent!! inner pages excellent, still stapled together etc The book front cover shows white at bottom corner is a printing alignment error NOT damage.
