Hawkwind, Space Ritual, Orig UK UA Poster Sleeve Dble LP, VG+/VG+ A-2 1st Press!
Description
Original UK United Artists tan labels of the very 1st press, with the Liberty/United Artists label credits and the earliest A-2 B-2 etc. matrices! The matt foldout poster sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some light corner/edge wear & storage rubbing on the outer folds of the cover, but there are names in felt tip & biro on the front cover. The spine is intact, but slightly worn & still fully readable, and the two plain inners are intact and are in VG+ condition. The records are in visually in VG+ condition, with a few faint sleeve removal hairlines & some light bag rash on sides 1 & 2 & a few light sleeve removal hairlines & a couple of light needle marks on sides 3 & 4 visible on each record. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX, clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some low background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter spoken word passages, but overall, still a great loud and punchy listen which plays much better than it looks! The matrix nos. are; UAD 60037, A-2U mother stamper 1-AA, B-2U mother stamper 2-MH, UAD 60038, A-2U mother stamper 1-OM, B-2U mother stamper 3-PO. This is one of the early pressings of the original 1973 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!!All records are secondhand and are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any serious flaws noted in the listing, but if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
