Description
Original Australian only album release on Polydor label 2907 008 from 1973. Adelaide band Headband's debut album, A Song for Tooley,was released in September 1973. Chris Bailey (ex-Red Angel Panic,The Angels,Gang Gajang) on bass guitar,vocals,Joff Bateman (Resurrection, W.G. Berg, War Machine) on drums,vocals,Peter Beagley(Johnny Mac and the Macmen, Peter Beagley Trio, Boz) on keyboards and Mauri Berg (Silhouettes, Ides of March, Resurrection, W.G. Berg, War Machine) on guitar, harmonica and vocals. The gatefold sleeve features hand drawn cover art by internationally renowned Adelaide artist Vytas Šerelis, and a fold-out poster with photos and biographical details of band members.

Glossy gatefold sleeve has light shelfwear at corners and along opening edges,light sticker marks lower left corner sleeve front and back,very light ringmarking and some small laminate creases mainly along edges near spine. The spine has a couple of small scuffs but is fully intact.
The inner photo gatefold has very light shelfwear at corners and along edges and very light ringmarking. The paper foldout poster is fully intact and in excellent condition
Overall is in Excellent condition for age and fragility with no splits or writing.
Labels-A side is clean-B side has some light scuffing on right side,otherwise is clean.(see photos)
Vinyl has excellent lustre-just a couple of very light paperscuffs under bright light only that do not affect play-excellent play through with no fault-sounds great when played with very clean,bright sound!
I grade all vinyl (except still sealed) both by sight and play them through on both A & B sides.
All photos of vinyl are taken with a flash so any imperfections are highlighted.
*All vinyl comes in a new outer plastic sleeve & has been carefully machine cleaned*
