Disc / Vinyl = VG+
1. There are some minor scuffs and surface scratches that have minimal impact on sound quality other then a faint bit of random surface noise, which is primarily only noticeable in between songs.
2. A roughly 1/4" x 1/4" sticker was pulled of off one of the labels. It left a faint mark that is only a couple shades darker then the rest of the label (see detail photo)

Cover = VG (on the high end of VG)
1. There are some tiny crease marks and a bit of fraying in the corners
2. There is a roughly 1/4" tear along the open edge of the cover (see detail photo)
3. There are two small areas where a scuff mark has pulled up the glossy layer of paper exposing the paper underneath (see detail photo for worst example)
4. The open edge of the cover has some nicks and waves in the paper
5. Minor disc impression
