Stoned Circus – “Gotta Find a Way” b/w “Try Love” (Harmon 101). In 1970 Stoned Circus was one of the finest garage bands in the Kansas City area and these cuts were recorded at Cavern Sound Studios and released on the small St. Louis Harmon label. The band consisted of Johnny Isom (Lead Rhythm Guitar, Vocals), Nancy Lake Whedon (Vocals, Percussion), Donna Kurtz Nugent (Drums, Percussion), Ricjard Van Sant (Keyboards, Keybass, Vocals), Joe York (Keyboards, Vocals), and Harold "Buddy" Haney (Bass, Vocals.) “Gotta Find a Way” was a cover of a cut by the Texas group Bloodrock while the flip is a band original. Take a listen to a little of each side. Record is in strong VG+ condition.
