SPECIAL INFO/BIO:
Alternative radio personality Brent Wilcox assembled this quirky set while working the night shift for KCRW. Built on cheap consumer keyboards, home recording and odd effects, the music veers between obnoxious noise escapades and surprisingly sweet themes. Rare original issue, released in Usa sometime in the late 80's privately by the artist.
His only other sound document that is know of from this period is the "Leisure with dignity" 7" single on Happy Squid Records (Phil Bedel, 100 Flowers, Urinals, Angst, God and the state). He also was associated with Savage Republic. Brent Wilcox was a former member of Neef together with Bruce Licher, as well as member of Project 197 (Independent Project Records), he appears on the legendary SNX boxset on Hawaii as "Marina La Palma", also on the great Light Bulb magazine "Emergency Cassette" released by LAFMS and the "I Hate the Pop Group" compilation, lastly he is credited in Doo-dooettes and Them Rhythm Ants releases.
