Mega-Rare / UNSEEN / Unknown Artist / ONE-of-a-KIND / Unique!
These are two rare acetates from DeClercq Studio in Binghamton, NY... The only other known surviving DeClercq acetate is by... Elvis Presley!
Artists are unknown -- Shazam/Soundhound did not produce any results... I welcome any more info! 
These two EPs span all genres of the time (late 50s or early 60s?) JAZZ Latin BREAKS Piano 2x 45 RPM NY
Only info is a handwritten "M. Weldon" on only one side. No dead wax etchings.
