The LP that came out after this 45 is one of the holy grails of modern soul, going between 2-300 dollars. This pre release promo 45 is even rarer . Can only find evidence of one copy being sold in last ten years, This 45 is not listed in any proper discographies by this band that we can find. this may be 2nd copy sold online.

Name of the group seems to be listed as "Heaven Sent" on the label, so this seems to mean they added the "Ecstasy" later but before the LP art was done.
also note that the "1980" on both sides is HAND STAMPED which should mean that they forgot to put that bit in the label artwork and added the text by hand stamping.

 American independent private modern funk soul gospel  from Oakland California with nice boogie breaks & beats.... a wonderful journey between soul-funk-boogie-disco.
