This is a beautiful piece, and I'm not really sure where to start...
What we have here is a limited, signed gatefold double-vinyl of Heaven and Hell's (Black Sabbath with Dio instead of Ozzy, legally forbidden from calling themselves Black Sabbath - thanks, Sharon Osbourne!) last album, The Devil You Know, which is, incidentally, the last album Ronnie James Dio released before his tragic death last May. Three sides of the album contain music - Allmusic.com states, "While the Osbourne-fronted and Dio-fronted versions of Black Sabbath are, again, very different bands, this is an album that matches its moment every bit as perfectly as Paranoid did back in 1970." The fourth side is a beautifully etched image of Heaven and Hell's devil dude and the album's edition number (2541 out of 5000 limited copies). A Heaven and Hell poster is included in the album.
All four members of the band (Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Vinny Appice) signed the album at a May, 2009 appearance in a San Bernardino record store. There's actually a mildly famous video of the event here:

There is a slight fold on the back cover of the album which occurred during the signed.
This album has been removed from the cover twice - once to inspect and once for the above photos. It has never been played, so you can be the first to drop the needle on the vinyl. I'm very reluctant to sell this, but I have bills that need to be paid. I'm hoping it will go to someone who will appreciate the artistry of the package and the music together.
