Thanks for looking.  I purchased a large lot of Heavy Metal records.  The owner may not have been great at keep the LP sleeves perfect but he was really great at caring for the records themselves.  This record is in NM- .  One could easily say it doesn't look like it has ever been played. Marks on side 2 label considered to be manufacturer’s defect in mounting the label and not from loading on player spindle.  See photo. LP generic sleeve has discoloring along edges and a 1/4 inch rip in the outside edge of the cardboard.  See photos   Paper inner sleeve has plastic to cover the label - see photo 
I had a hard time finding info on this record since it is classified as a private demo.
