Description

This listing consists of a used vinyl double album entitled Heavy Metal - Music From The Motion Picture [DP-90004] from Full Moon/Asylum (1981) and the Heavy Metal press kit folder/fold-out poster.  [This is the Promo release].  The records have no scratches and play well with the slightest of finger smudges.  The album jacket is in good condition with heavy corner wear on all four corners; edge wear which includes ripples/scrapes/bends/small tears; ring wear noticeable more on the back than the front.  The interior gatefold has some sort of residue on the center of both left and right sides.  The inner sleeves have some bends/creases on both; single 3/4"-1" tears on both near the openings; one sleeve has a 6" seam split on the bottom, a 2" seam split on one edge and a 4 1/2" seam split on the other edge; the other sleeve has a 4" seam split on the bottom and a 3 3/4" seam split on one side edge.  The press kit folder/fold-out poster does not include any additional promotional inserts/booklets/postcards/photos.  It is just the press kit folder that opens up into a poster.  The folder/poster is in very nice condition with a few ticks/stress marks on the folds.
