Listed as Comedienne with Orchestra this is Helen Kane.  The record is Victor #21863, 78 RPM (scroll label).  The record condition is nearly perfect, and shines beautifully.  There is one small needle drop that tics a couple of times as it plays through.  Overall an E- copy with the tunes being "Button Up Your Overcoat" & "I Want To Be Bad."
