ADDITIONAL NOTES: The Allmusic review by Stephen Cook awarded the album four stars and said that "On 1955's Dream of You...Merrill found reconciliation, sounding both melodramatic and swinging within Gil Evans' darkly spacious, yet economical arrangements.
