Here's a rare vocal album for you. And a super rare 1958 copy of it. Original -- and I gotta say, the vinyl plays beautifully ... it still has a new look about it (albeit with a few small bruises).

VINYL: VG+ (8.5 of 10) Original mono, DG blue label Emarcy. For a record from 1958, it's phenomenal. Still retains a beautiful sheen. There are a few long hairlines, which does sound scary. But trust me, it's not. They are extremely light surface scratches, and this thing plays beautifully -- that's my guarantee. If you don't agree, tell me and I'll refund no issues. I back this one.
COVER: VG (6.0 of 10) Overall OK shape. Does have issues. Clearly the staining on the back. Looks like of like coffee to me. 5" split on top opening, and 1" on bottom opening. Spine is pretty damn strong, and the art on front still looks pretty damn good as well. Overall OK, but clearly I wish it were a bit better. _________________________________________________________________ Now the standard messages:

GRADING: Yes I use standard grading. HOWEVER, I will NEVER use the word "mint" or "near mint" to describe a used LP ... sorry, won't do it. The highest I go is VG+. I use a number after to more represent a combination of how the vinyl looks and how it sounds. 10 is the best. I'll describe what I see in addition. I've found the combination of these two can minimize expectation gaps. But ask questions when in doubt.

CLEANING: Yes. All vinyl is cleaned ... on my own machine I made. Vacuum machine. I wash and rinse with my own formula cleaners -- once with my enzyme cleaner, and rinsed with my own distilled water/alcohol formula. ... this process has worked for me for years.

TESTING: Yes. I've listened to the records I sell. I play on a Lenco L70, via Denon 103 MC cart; tube preamp, ST-70 tube amplification to KLH 17 speakers. A tubey system indeed!
SHIPPING: $4.99 for anywhere Media Mail, domestic. Overseas is BY WEIGHT, so check that weight before bidding, you overseas-ers! LPs shipped in a proper box with plastic sleeve, and yes, vinyl shipped outside the sleeve. 
RETURNS: Generally a no go, unless you have a damn compelling reason. But, I'm also an adult, and I understand there are situations, so I mean ... just talk to me if you want to return something and I'm sure we can work something out. But I describe accurately, offer time for questions, and I deal in used records, not new stuff ... yes, it's always kind of a gamble buying via eBay, which is why I try to do my best to make an objective attempt to describe the LP in question. But please ASK QUESTIONS WHEN IN DOUBT. I promise, we can make this an easy transaction.
