Helen Merrill  ' Helen Merrill '  EMARCY MG 36006 (USA) mono blue-silver label with deep groove and smaller Emarcy drummer logo on top - has the black back cover - rec. in New York on December 22 and 23, 1954 - originally released in 1955 - this is circa the 1956-58 issue

Visual grading : record is EX full lustre has light wear. Clean labels with light spindle wear  Playing grading: record is EX plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has very few light occasional tics  Cover grading : cover is Good to Good+ has light wear. The spine, edges and corners are nice. Green front cover has very light ringwear and has a small lamination's lifting in the middle of right edge. Back cover has black printing, some age yellowing and around the edges has very noticeable rubbing, a bit more evident on bottom right corner

The correct play grading is EX- (side A) has very light background noise more noticeable on quieter parts. It plays EX on side B with minimal faults. No tics at all. Really an excellent play with loud and clear sound. Only light background noise much below music level on tracks A1 and A3.
