- Very Rare - Ducretet Thomson - 300 C 125 - Mono recording -
- Record -
- Visual : VG + Some hairlines on both sides . There is a more pronounced hairline at the beginning of the side 1 with no significative incidence on the listening . The labels are free of marks .
- Evaluate under strong light -
- Listening :
Side A : VG
- A constant surface noise with cracklings and some "ticks" . There is no saturation ( even when the music play loud ) . The tone of the piano is clear , totally preserved .
- Side B : Fair
- Constant surface noise with cracklings and "ticks" . ( fantastic interpretation on " Ce qu'a vu le vent d'ouest " !! )
- Note : As you probably know the Ducretet's records are very fragile and sensitive . I doubt that this record have been oftenly played but the hairlines present on both sides made a vigorous impact on the listening condition . Anyway , as I say , the tone of the piano is clear , totally preserved even when the music play loud . This is an extremely rare recording , precious in any condition .

All the discs are examined several times on strong halogen light and listened entirely
