The record is visually G+. THIS RECORD REALLY NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING. WE DID THE BEST WE COULD WITH ALCOHOL WHICH IS ALL WE USE. A GOOD VPI MACHINE CLEANING WOULD CERTAINLY UPGRADE THE VISUAL CONDITION OF THIS RECORD SUBSTANTIALLY. That said, the record does have a fair amount of surface wear, but nothing heavy and nothing you can feel. It does play decently. Better than it looks, but not much background noise at all. This is a tough record to find and a fantastic ballad. See scans for label condition.
