Description
This is Blue Note Records BLP 4195, Herbie Hancock Maiden Voyage, a blue and white, New York, microgroove label, original mono issue with Van Gelder and the ear (p)mark stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing almost no signs of wear except for one visible mark on side 2 which does not effect play. The record plays quietly throughout. The original cover, with the 43 West 61st St., New York 23, Made In USA address has a spot of wear on the upper right seam (see photo5) but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. An original thumbnail inner sleeve is included. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful Blue Note mono original.
