Herbie Harper- S/T. This was recorded for Nocturne Records and released in 1954 on blue wax as part of the Jazz In Hollywood Series. The album is made of Herbie Harper's Quartet and Quintet, and features Bud Shank, Marty Paich, Al Hendrickson, Roy Harte, and Harry Babasin. The record has light scratches and scuffs that cause surface noise but do not overpower the music. The record plays through without skips, sticking, or pops. The sleeve shows chipping along the seams and has brown stains on the front and rear cover (please see photos). There is also a 1 inch seam split on the upper right corner along the opening; the cover is still solid overall. Please contact me with questions, thank you!
