Description
For sale is Herbie Mann Returns To The Village Gate, released in 1963 by Atlantic Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17, and immediately put it into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. Doing this preserves the integrity of the vinyl and any original insert(s) or inner sleeve(s) that may have come with the release. The Cover is graded as Excellent with some mild ring wear. The spine is Near Mint. The Vinyl is visually graded as VG+ with slight sleeve marks. It is play graded as VG to VG+ because of some surface noise most noticeable during quiet passages and an occasional tick or pop. This is still one of the best copies of this rare album that I have ever seen or heard. You would be hard pressed to find another one in any condition, given the fact that this record is 53 years old! I have more Herbie Mann records listed in my Ebay store, as well as albums of all genres. Please take a look. They're almost all Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
