Herbie Nichols Trio - S/T Blue Note 1519 RVG 9M 1966 US Press Hard Bebop Rare LP
Featuring: Al McKibbon, Teddy Kotick and Max Roach.
2nd US MONO Pressing from 1966 on the Blue Note label, with New York Label credit, Rudy Van Gelder Dead Wax credit, and 43 West 61st St Sleeve Credit.
Visually under bright light the vinyl has numerous light play traces and paper scuff traces (VG) The audio is better than the visual, playing very well with no distracting surface noise or distortion, the record plays bright, bold and clear. There are some ticks and occasional clicks here and there, an enjoyable audio experience overall grade VG+
Labels are clean, EX
The Reid Miles designed Sleeve has a little minor foxing and some wear around the opening VG+
