Condition: 

• Sleeve: VGVG (Bit of wear along the edges and corners with creases at the corners and crease on both sides from record. Few tiny tears along the top open edge. Tear with tape on back top open edge. Some tape on right and bottom edges. There is surface wear on the back from the record) 
• Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noice, can still hear clearly)    
• Labels: VG++VG+ (Side B has a tiny bit of wear around the center hole)

Overall in great condition, considering the age.
