Incredible, near mint condition.  Vinyl sounds and looks unplayed.  Cover is EX
This looks like a recent re-issue, but it's from the 60s. It's a re-issue, but an early one and in near-mint condition. 
This is a 1960s reissue that appears to have been made from the original 1957 metal stamp. 
That makes sense because this LP sounded best using an Ortofon SPU with a wide profile stylus (1 mil), so I think it's likely from the 50s stamp when record grooves were wider. 
The run-out has the 1957 reissue matrix and the eccentric run-out is also present The labels are from the original 1957 reissue. They include the pre-1963 "Hollywood 46" two-digit zip code. The logo on the front sleeve is in a circle (original 1957 reissue logo is not in a circle) and the back sleeve is printed in black-and-white (original 1957 reissue has some red in it) and also includes the post-1963 five-digit Hollywood zip code (90069).
