Greetings!  ONE ONLY?!?
You are bidding on One (1) RARE possibly Only One(?) Herman Chittson NOLA Recording Studios Vinyl Record of The Man I Love and Chopin's Minute Waltz.  This record was recorded at the famous NOLA Recording Studios located at 113 West 57th Street Steinway Hall New York N.Y.  This is not a standard record but one that was performed and recorded as it was performed.  
On Both Sides of the recording, the label states:
NOLA RECORDING STUDIOS TRANSCRIBING AND BROADCAST
113 WEST 27th Street STEINWAY HALL New York N.Y. CIRCLE 7--4785-6 Room 604
Typed on one side is:

On the other side is:

"Minute Waltz"

Over the typed Chopin's is a large blue stamp that states: COPY
The record is in good condition with no chips or cracks.  I see some light scratches and scuffs on the surface.  The record should be cleaned professionally before being played.  The record measures approximately 12" in diameter.
Herman Chittison was an American jazz pianist.  He was born in 1908 in Kentucky and died in 1967.  From Wikipedia: 
Herman "Ivory" Chittison (October 15, 1908 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky – March 8, 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio) was an American jazz pianist.
He began in Zack Whyte's band in 1928. In his early days he worked with Ethel Waters, Adelaide Hall, and Clarence Williams. In the mid-1930s he was associated with Willie Lewis's band and toured Europe with them. Later he and Bill Coleman led the "Harlem Rhythm makers". Chittison was one of the earliest and most important ambassadors of American jazz in Europe. As it is shown by many of his early recordings of 1933-1941, he was also a formidable virtuoso, with a piano technique very close to Art Tatum's.      There are NO Returns on this record so be sure you want it before you bid!
