Description
"War-Path" b/w "Malibu-Sunset" by Hial King and His Newports was released on M. B. K. Records (#104), a Los Angeles label. circa 1960. The A side is a mid-tempo rock'n'roll instrumental, and the flip is a slower instro, kind of loungy. Lazy dealers sometimes describe this as a surf record based on the titles, but this is too early and stylistically not at all close. It's also described as popcorn, which may be more on the money, though I'm no expert on the genre.
The vinyl is in EX condition with a couple small, inaudible scuffs. There's writing on the labels on both sides.
